Volleyball Recap: Pella Christian Takes a Loss

Pella Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Pella Dutch, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Dutch this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in September.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-16, 25-19.

Pella Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 10-12. As for Pella, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 15-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Pella Christian will face off against Knoxville at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday. As for Pella, they will venture away from home to square off against Johnston at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
