            Baseball Recap: Highland Prep Honey Badgers vs. Kingman Bulldogs        
        
		
        
        
            Highland Prep had lost 14 straight on the road dating back to last season, but  on Wednesday they dropped their record down to 1-11 to make it 15. They came up short against  the Kingman Bulldogs, falling  14-1. Having soared to a lofty ten  runs in the game before, the Honey Badgers couldn't push the score so high this time.
As for Kingman, the  victory was  the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 18-4. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won ten games by seven  runs or more  so far this season.
 For Kingman's part,  Canton Collins was a standout: he got on base  in all three of his plate appearances with three  stolen bases and three  runs. Those  three  stolen bases gave  Collins a new career-high.  Cires Esquivel also deserves some recognition as  he  snagged his first  stolen base of the season.
 Highland Prep wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next  contest,  a  19-0  defeat against Chino Valley on the 24th. As for Kingman, they have also already played their next matchup,  a  1-0  win against ALA - West Foothills on the 25th.
