Basketball Recap: Mountainside Falls Short of Grant in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Mountainside can now relate to. They were just a bucket shy of victory on Wednesday and fell 57-56 to the Grant Generals. The Mavericks' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Mountainside's loss dropped their record down to 9-15. As for Grant, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 15 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-8 record this season.

As of now, neither Mountainside nor Grant have any future games scheduled.
