Basketball Recap: Absarokee Takes a Loss

Absarokee was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were outmatched by the Forsyth Dogies and fell 48-20. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Huskies this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 47-28 back in December of 2024.

Absarokee's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Forsyth, their victory bumped their record up to 2-4.

Absarokee has already played their next contest (against Reed Point/Rapelje), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Forsyth will face off against Custer/Hysham at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Custer/Hysham will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something Forsyth surely won't give up without a fight.
