Soccer Recap: Lewis Academy Finishes Even with East Linn Christian Academy

For the first time this season, Lewis Academy was forced to settle for a draw. Neither they nor the East Linn Christian Academy Eagles could gain the upper hand on Monday so the two teams had to settle for a 3-3 draw.

Lewis Academy's draw gives them a new season record of 4-1-1. As for East Linn Christian Academy, they moved theirs to 4-2-1.

Coming up, Lewis Academy will challenge Willamette Valley Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for East Linn Christian Academy, they will take on Pleasant Hill at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. East Linn Christian Academy will be up against Pleasant Hill's rather soft defense (which has allowed 4.75 goals per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
