Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.
McKenzie Hyatt made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits over four innings pitched. Hyatt was also big at the plate, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with three RBI and one double. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in March.
In other batting news, Karley Evans was a standout: she got on base in three of her four plate appearances with three stolen bases and four runs. She continues to improve, besting her previous run total in each of the last three games she's played.
