Volleyball Recap: Cedar Valley Aviators vs. Copper Hills Grizzlies
Cedar Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Copper Hills Grizzlies. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Aviators of the 2-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2022.

Despite the loss, Cedar Valley had strong showings from Brighton Lamb, who had nine digs and four aces, and Ashley Gagnier, who had 16 digs. The dominant performance gave Lamb a new career-high in aces.
Copper Hills can attribute much of their success to Kielana Gasu, who had ten digs and three aces.
Cedar Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Copper Hills, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-6.
