Benbrook has gone 5-0 against Carter-Riverside recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Benbrook Bobcats will be playing at home against the Carter-Riverside Eagles at 7:30 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

While losing is never fun, the Bobcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 1254th, while the Riders are ranked 307th).

Meanwhile, Carter-Riverside was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were beaten by Eastern Hills 65-9. The contest marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Carter-Riverside's loss dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Benbrook, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season.

Everything came up roses for Benbrook against Carter-Riverside when the teams last played back in January of 2024, as the team secured a 53-3 win. Does Benbrook have another victory up their sleeve, or will Carter-Riverside turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
