Softball Recap: Flintridge Prep Picks Up Third Straight Win at Home

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Rio Hondo Prep, Flintridge Prep was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the Mayfield Cubs by a score of 11-7. The win continues a trend for the Wolves in their matchups with the Cubs: they've now won three in a row.

Flintridge Prep pushed their record up to 6-6 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. As for Mayfield, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-8-2.
