Baseball Recap: Howe Bulldogs vs. Whitesboro Bearcats
Howe fought the good fight in their extra-innings matchup against Whitesboro on Monday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Bearcats by a score of 10-9. The Bulldogs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bearcats apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2025.
Will Wilson was huge no matter where he played even without the win. He pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Wilson was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in four of his six plate appearances with two RBI and one double.
