Baseball Recap: Cimarron Comes Up Short

Cimarron fell victim to Scott and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Beavers by a score of 2-0. Having soared to a lofty 14 runs in the game before, the Bluejays' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Cimarron saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ryder Gordon, who went 1-for-3 with one double.

Cimarron's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-5. As for Scott, they now have a winning record of 7-6.

While Cimarron had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
