While Addison's victory against Alfred-Almond wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Knights had just enough and edged out the Eagles 11-10 on Thursday. The win continues a trend for the Knights in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won five in a row.

The team relied heavily on Claire Thompson, who went 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, three runs, and one double. Andrea Strope was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.

Addison now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Alfred-Almond, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.
