Fox Creek came tearing into Tuesday's game with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They didn't even let the Marlboro County Bulldogs on the board, marking their second-straight 10-0 shutout. The Predators might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 contests by six runs or more this season.

Will Fountain was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over five innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April of 2024.

In other batting news, Jackson Wright and Bradley Anderson did most of the damage at the plate: Wright went 1-for-2 with two runs and one stolen base, while Anderson went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI. That's the most runs Wright has posted since back in April. The team also got some help courtesy of Will Frischmann, who went 1-for-2 with two runs.

Fox Creek pushed their record up to 19-5 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.0 runs over those games. As for Marlboro County, their loss dropped their record down to 4-8.

As of now, neither Fox Creek nor the Bulldogs have any future games scheduled.
