Football Recap: Ballou Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Ballou faced Dunbar in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Knights took a blow against the Crimson Tide, falling 62-6. The loss continues a trend for the Knights in their meetings with the Crimson Tide: they've now lost eight in a row.

Maximus Stovall threw for 154 yards and one touchdown. Will Gorham was his top target, picking up 52 receiving yards. On the ground, Jermuri Bowden rushed for 27 yards.

Ballou's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Dunbar, their victory bumped their record up to 2-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ballou will challenge Eastern at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Ramblers' defense has only allowed 13.4 points per game this season, so the Knights' offense will have their work cut out for them.
