It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Barron Collier can now relate to. They lost 7-1 to the Key West Conchs on Wednesday. The Cougars' loss signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

Jordyn Kinn was cooking despite her team's loss, getting on base in all three of her plate appearances with one triple and one run. She has been hot, having posted at least one triple the last six times she's played.

Barron Collier's defeat dropped their record down to 12-10. As for Key West, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season.
