Volleyball Recap: Walhalla Comes Up Short in High-Profile Match with Wren

Walhalla faced Wren in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Razorbacks took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hurricanes. The loss continues a trend for the Razorbacks in their meetings with the Hurricanes: they've now lost seven in a row.

Walhalla's defeat dropped their record down to 9-2. As for Wren, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season.

Walhalla will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Pendleton at 7:00 p.m. As for Wren, they will be taking part in a tournament against West-Oak at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
