Kimball won the last time they faced Upsala and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Kimball Cubs secured a 57-52 W over the Upsala Cardinals. The Cubs' offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the game anyway.

Several Cardinals players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Dakota Soltis, who went 6-for-14 en route to 17 points. Soltis' evening made it six games in a row in which she has scored at least 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Alexa Pilarski, who posted 11 points.

Kimball has been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 13 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season. As for Upsala, their loss dropped their record down to 13-8.

Coming up, Kimball will challenge Maple Lake at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Upsala, they are taking a road trip to challenge Benson at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
