Volleyball Recap: North Henderson Takes a Loss

North Henderson lost against Hayesville on Friday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Knights took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Yellowjackets.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-20.

Avery H Hinkle paced North Henderson's offense, picking up seven kills. Hinkle got some help from Katie Ruminski and her 14 assists. Hinkle also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Shelby Simpson, each putting up two.

North Henderson's defeat dropped their record down to 10-17. As for Hayesville, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-3 record this season.

North Henderson has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Franklin on the 30th. Hayesville has also already played their next matchup (against Rosman), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
