Volleyball Recap: James River Midlothian Takes a Loss

James River Midlothian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the Deep Run Wildcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 on Wednesday.

James River Midlothian's loss dropped their record down to 11-11. As for Deep Run, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-3 record this season.

James River Midlothian has already played their next match, a 3-2 victory against Cosby on the 23rd. As for Deep Run, they will take on Midlothian at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
