Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Converse). They blew past the Ebarb Rebels 22-4 on Monday. The win continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Rebels: they've now won four in a row.

Converse's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-9. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.3 runs over those games. As for Ebarb, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-3.

Coming up, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Converse Wildcats duke it out with Montgomery Tigers at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Ebarb, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 17-2 win against Lakeview on the 17th.
