There's no place like home for the Neuwirth Leadership Academy Boxers, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Wednesday. They blew past USC Hybrid 58-34. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Neuwirth Leadership Academy has posted since January 6th.
Neuwirth Leadership Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Kevin Aleman led the charge by scoring nine points along with six assists and six rebounds. Tylen Singletary was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
Neuwirth Leadership Academy's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-6. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.7 points per game. As for USC Hybrid, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Neuwirth Leadership Academy will take on New Designs University Park at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
