Dundee-Crown entered their tilt with Central on Thursday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Rockets. This was a revenge game for the Chargers: when they faced off against the Rockets back in September, they had to take a 2-0 loss.

Dundee-Crown easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-18.

Among those leading the charge was Maura Minogue, who had ten digs and five aces. Those five aces gave her a new career-high.

Minogue wasn't the only good servers: Dundee-Crown was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 15 aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Central only served four.

The victory got Dundee-Crown back to even at 17-17. As for Central, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 17-15 record this season.

Dundee-Crown will challenge Zion-Benton at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
