Basketball Recap: Orme Victorious

It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Orme ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They snuck past the BASIS - Prescott Coyote with a 36-32 win. The Warriors have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Coyote, too.

Several Coyote players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Oliver Hadley, who went 6 for 11 en route to 14 points and three steals. Raj Tung was another key player, putting up 13 points and five rebounds.

Orme has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 3-5 record this season. As for BASIS - Prescott, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Orme wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 40-29 loss against Arrowhead Christian Academy on the 16th. BASIS - Prescott has also already played their next game, a 59-36 defeat against BASIS - Mesa on the 16th.
