Highland has gone 8-2 against Skyline recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Highland Rams are taking a road trip to square off against the Skyline Eagles at 7:00 p.m. Highland is looking for their season's first win.

Highland is headed into the game out to prove that what happened against East on Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Highland came up short against East, falling 45-25.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 86-35, which was the final score in Skyline's tilt against West on Friday. The Eagles were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 38-16.

Highland will need focus on slowing down Estella Myers, one of several Skyline players who made an impact when they last played. She posted 12 points.

Skyline has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-11 record this season. As for Highland, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-15.

Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Highland has been crashing the boards this season, having averaged 21.8 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Skyline struggles in that department as they've been averaging 30 boards. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.

Highland beat Skyline 42-34 in their previous meeting back in February of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for Highland since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
