Ann Sobrato is 8-1 against Gilroy since December of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Wednesday. The Ann Sobrato Bulldogs are taking a road trip to face off against the Gilroy Mustangs at 7:00 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: both posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Ann Sobrato is headed into the game after thoroughly thrashing Mt. Pleasant: they outscored them in every quarter. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that Ann Sobrato blew Mt. Pleasant out of the water with a 59-32 final score. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Bulldogs as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Gilroy). They secured a 59-54 W over Live Oak on Friday.

Gilroy's win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-14. As for Ann Sobrato, their victory bumped their record up to 6-14.

Ann Sobrato beat Gilroy 42-33 in their previous meeting back in January. The rematch might be a little tougher for Ann Sobrato since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
