Volleyball Recap: Hopewell Titans vs. North Mecklenburg Vikings
After flying high against West Mecklenburg last Tuesday, Hopewell came back down to earth. The Hopewell Titans took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the North Mecklenburg Vikings on Thursday. The Titans haven't had much luck with the Vikings recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

Hopewell's loss came despite strong showings from Alivia Pettit and Kenadie Kurosawa. Pettit had eight digs and four aces, while Kurosawa had seven digs and 19 assists.
