Basketball Recap: Millis' Losing Streak Snapped at Four Games

Millis came into Friday's matchup having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Holliston Panthers 65-62. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Mohawks also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2024.

Millis' win bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Holliston, they dropped their record down to 2-7 with the loss, which was their 16th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Millis will venture away from home to take on Holbrook at 2:00 p.m. on Monday. Millis knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Holbrook likes a good challenge. As for Holliston, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Bellingham at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Holliston is facing Bellingham at the right time seeing as Bellingham is stuck on an 11-game losing streak.
