Baseball Recap: Olympia Falls Short of Venice in the Playoffs

Olympia and Venice squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Olympia had to settle for second. They lost 11-1 to the Indians. The Titans just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Olympia saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Louie Leitzinger, who went 2-for-3 with one double.

Olympia's defeat dropped their record down to 11-18. As for Venice, the victory was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 26-3.

As of now, neither Olympia nor the Indians have any future games scheduled.
