Woodlan had already won seven in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.7 runs) and they went ahead and made it eight on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 21-2 margin over the Adams Central Jets. The result was nothing new for the Warriors, who have now won four contests by eight runs or more so far this season.

Addison Klotz was incredible, going a perfect 5-for-5 with three runs, four RBI, and two doubles. Those two doubles gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Lucy McHenry, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Woodlan kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 22 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least nine hits in eight consecutive games.

Woodlan's win bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Adams Central, they dropped their record down to 1-8 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.
