Volleyball Recap: South County Comes Up Short + How To Watch

South County lost against West Springfield back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Stallions came up short against the Spartans, falling 3-0. The Stallions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-10, 25-9.

West Springfield was led to victory by Sariyah Sadler and Mealea Menh. Sadler had 13 assists and seven aces, while Menh had 11 assists and five aces. Those five aces gave Menh a new career-high.

South County now has a losing record of 2-3. As for West Springfield, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Coming up, South County will take on Kettle Run in a tournament on Saturday. As for West Springfield, they will be playing at home against Lake Braddock at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
