Volleyball Recap: Alpha Academy Takes a Loss

Alpha Academy entered their matchup against Wayne Preparatory Academy on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Timberwolves took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Generals.

The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-15, 20-25, 25-21.

Alpha Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 7-3. As for Wayne Preparatory Academy, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-2.

Wayne Preparatory Academy has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Community Christian on the 29th. Hopefully Alpha Academy paid attention to the Generals' contest: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Generals at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
