Soccer Recap: Cameron Comes Up Short

Cameron fought the good fight in their overtime contest against Benton on Wednesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Cardinals by a score of 1-0. Cameron haven't had much luck with Benton recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Cameron's loss dropped their record down to 2-9-1. As for Benton, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-5 record this season.
