Basketball Game Preview: Brock Eagles vs. Legacy Leopards

The Brock Eagles will head out to square off against the Legacy Leopards at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Friday, Brock beat Wylie 54-45. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

Meanwhile, Legacy had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Friars 38-35. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Leopards' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 313th, while the Friars are ranked 117th).

Legacy has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.0 points per game. As for Brock, they pushed their record up to 16-7 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home.
