Football Game Recap: St. Vincent vs. Perryville

The last time they met, Perryville were the 48-26 winner over St. Vincent. This time around? They had no such luck. Perryville didn't finish too far behind, but the squad still lost 7-12 to St. Vincent on Friday. The defeat was a vexing one since Perryville were expected to win based on their state ranking.

The loss dropped Perryville's record to 3-2. The win bumped St. Vincent's record up to 2-4.

Perryville will stay at home next week against Ste. Genevieve at 7:00 PM. Ste. Genevieve also experienced difficulties finding the end zone in their previous game, so look for the defenses to decide this one. St. Vincent will look to defend their home turf against Crystal City at 7:00 PM. St. Vincent will be strutting in after a victory while Crystal City will be stumbling in from a loss.
