Four-star linebacker Levi Jones of Westlake (Austin, Texas) will play for the USC Trojans.

The 6-foot-3, 215-pounder became the second Westlake player to announce he was heading to the Pac-12 on Wednesday morning, joining UCLA-bound offensive lineman Stephan Zabie.

Jones is regarded as the No. 6 outside linebacker prospect and No. 92 overall recruit by 247Sports. He also considered Florida, Florida State, Texas A&M and UCLA.

He pulled a little misdirection during his announcement, taking his jacket off to reveal a Florida Gators shirt, then stripping that off to display a Florida State shirt, then finally another change to USC.

Jones, who started 41 consecutive games at Westlake to close out his career, totaled 103 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, four sacks and four pass deflections as a senior.

Westlake went 25-4 during his final two years in the program.
