Softball Recap: Southeast Lauderdale Takes a Loss

Southeast Lauderdale started off well but failed to capitalize on an early lead against Patrician Academy. They came up short against the Saints on Tuesday, falling 18-5. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Southeast Lauderdale saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Karly Hollingsworth, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-3. Another was Adrianna Stephens, who went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases.

Southeast Lauderdale's defeat dropped their record down to 7-14. As for Patrician Academy, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Southeast Lauderdale will host Sebastopol at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. Patrician Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
