Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Brandeis). They came out on top against the Churchill Chargers by a score of 13-8 on Tuesday. The victory was nothing new for the Broncos as they're now sitting on four straight.
Brady Wells looked comfortable as he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one walk in four consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, Brandeis got a massive performance out of Nate McCarty, who scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.
