Recap: Hyde Park Panthers vs. South Austin W Warriors
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Texas Lions HomeSchool, the Hyde Park Panthers were happy to have found some success on Friday. They came out on top against South Austin W by a score of 58-46. That's another feather in the cap for Hyde Park, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.

Riemondi scored 18 points along with seven rebounds and five steals, while Burton scored 12 points along with six rebounds and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Hank Rippy, who scored six points along with two steals and two blocks.
Hyde Park's win ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 10-14. As for South Austin W, they are on a 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-14.
Hyde Park will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on St. Michael's at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. St. Michael's knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past 16 matches -- so hopefully Hyde Park likes a good challenge. South Austin W will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Founders Classical Academy at 7:45 p.m. on January 26th.
