Volleyball Recap: Indy Genesis Homeschool Makes It Five in a Row on the Road

Indy Genesis HomeSchool won the last time they faced Heritage Christian and things went their way on Thursday too. The Indy Genesis walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Eagles.

Indy Genesis HomeSchool was especially dominant in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-19, 16-25, 25-22.

Despite the defeat, Heritage Christian saw an underclassman step up: freshman Ethan Gorny had three blocks and two aces.

Indy Genesis HomeSchool will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Indiana Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on the 28th. As for Heritage Christian, they will head out to face off against Shelbyville at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
