Wheaton-Warrenville South is a perfect 10-0 against Batavia since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. Wheaton-Warrenville South was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .410. That's the best batting average they've posted all season.

Meanwhile, Batavia came up short against Wheaton North on Tuesday, falling 14-5. The defeat continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their meetings with the Falcons: they've now lost six in a row.

Wheaton-Warrenville South's victory bumped their record up to 12-3. As for Batavia, their loss dropped their record down to 4-12.

Wheaton-Warrenville South took their win against Batavia in their previous meeting back in May of 2024 by a conclusive 9-0 score. Will the Tigers repeat their success, or do the Bulldogs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
