Basketball Game Preview: Gadsden City Titans vs. Hewitt-Trussville Huskies + Official Tickets

Gadsden City is 0-10 against Hewitt-Trussville since January of 2022 but things could change on Tuesday. The Titans will venture away from home to challenge the Huskies at 6:00 p.m.

Gadsden City's tournament run continued when they took on Saint James on Tuesday. The Titans came up short against the Trojans, falling 54-32.

Jac'Keria Woods was Gadsden City's leading scorer, having posted eight points. Madison Tinker took the lead distributing the ball, coming up with seven assists.

Meanwhile, Hewitt-Trussville had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 42 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Wednesday. They took down the Bearcats 68-51.

Gadsden City's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Hewitt-Trussville, the victory got them back to even at 5-5.

Gadsden City couldn't quite get it done against Hewitt-Trussville in their previous matchup on November 6th as they fell 46-39. Can the Titans avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
