Soccer Recap: James Monroe Comes Up Short

James Monroe was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Bluefield Beavers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Bluefield this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-2 back in September.

James Monroe's record now sits at 2-11. As for Bluefield, their win bumped their record up to 5-7-1.
