Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Winston Salem Christian National). They claimed a resounding 89-37 victory over the Carolina Basketball Academy Tigers. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three contests by 24 points or more this season.

Nicholas Mclean produced another solid effort putting up 24 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Tim Vallet, who posted 16 points.

Winston Salem Christian National's win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Carolina Basketball Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Winston Salem Christian National didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, an 87-61 victory against Bull City Prep National on the 17th. As for Carolina Basketball Academy, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Forsyth Country Day at 4:30 p.m. on the 26th.
