Baseball Game Preview: Kickapoo Chiefs vs. Lebanon Yellowjackets

The Kickapoo Chiefs will square off against the Lebanon Yellowjackets at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Kickapoo is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Missouri's top teams: Staley, who was ranked third at the time (Kickapoo was ranked 18th). The Chiefs fell just short of the Falcons by a score of 2-1 on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Lebanon had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They came out on top against the Pirates by a score of 7-2.

Kickapoo's defeat dropped their record down to 14-9. As for Lebanon, their victory bumped their record up to 9-16.
