Volleyball Recap: Aledo Extends Winning Streak to Four

Aledo waltzed into their match on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They put the hurt on the Southwest Christian School Eagles with a sharp 3-0 win. That looming 3-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Bearcats yet this season.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-17, 25-11.

Karsyn Evans was nothing short of spectacular: she had 16 digs and four aces. Those 16 digs gave her a new career-high. Kenley Hamilton also deserves some recognition as she had her first kill of the season.

Aledo's victory bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Southwest Christian School, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Aledo didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Burleson on the 21st. As for Southwest Christian School, they will be playing in front of their home fans against North Central Texas Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
