Archbishop Alter proved they can win big on Monday (they won by four) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They won by a goal and slipped past Kings 1-0. Archbishop Alter's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last four contests.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Alison Link, who's now up to three this season.

Archbishop Alter pushed their record up to 9-1-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those four matchups. As for Kings, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9-2.
