Florida Christian took a loss when they played away from home on Wednesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Monday. They came out on top against Westwood Christian by a score of 3-1. The victory continues a trend for the Patriots in their matchups with the Warriors: they've now won six in a row.

Florida Christian had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 21-25, 25-10, 25-18, 25-15.

Meanwhile, Mater Brickell Academy came up short against Immaculata-La Salle on Monday, falling 3-0. The Bulls have struggled against the Royal Lions recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

While Mater Brickell Academy was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-12, 25-14.

Mater Brickell Academy's loss dropped their record down to 14-8. As for Florida Christian, their win bumped their record up to 18-3.
