Moorhead's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Goodridge/Thief River Falls, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coincidentally, Moorhead and Goodridge/Thief River Falls will both be playing Badger/Greenbush-Middle River the next time they take the field. The Spuds will host the Gators at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Huskies will play them later in the day, at 5:00 p.m.
