Beaufort lost to Goose Creek 48-7 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Ashley Ridge made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 3,582 from 4,537. The advance stemmed from a 20-0 victory over West Florence last week.
Leading AAAA Region VIII in both passing and receiving yards, Bluffton's Alex Davis and Jack Aerni have proven to be a lethal combination. 5-11 quarterback Davis has thrown for 1,027 yards this season, while Aerni has 17 catches for 237 yards. Fort Dorchester's Matt Murray leads the league in rushing yards with 454.
The marquee game in the league this week will be the clash between the Patriots and Summerville. Fort Dorchester comes into the matchup ranked 22nd in the state, while the Green Wave ranks 15th.
Colleton County led the league in scoring this week after putting up 34 points on Cane Bay.
