Soccer Recap: Jupiter's Loss Ends Three-Game Winning Streak on the Road

Jupiter was the 2-1 winner over Park Vista when they last played one another back in November of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Jupiter Warriors took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Park Vista Cobras on Friday. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Warriors came into the game with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 129th, while the Cobras are ranked 276th).

Jupiter's goal came courtesy of Erick Garcia, who's now up to 23 this season.

Jupiter's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-5-1. As for Park Vista, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-9.

Jupiter will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Royal Palm Beach at 7:30 p.m. on January 8, 2025. After both having extra time off, Park Vista and Spanish River will shake off the cobwebs and take on one another at 7:30 p.m. on January 8, 2025. Spanish River will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Park Vista surely won't give up without a fight.
